1-2 loss again at marina

What can i say?! First half we are totally in a lsot world of our all........... Firstly i was doing nothign but losing possession then the rest was like ALl so dead...... No creativity but chasing around at all times.In the end we r down by 2 goals. 2nd half was much better as i guess opponent were all tired liao, but i still see many weakness in the entire team.... The strikers jsut cant Click with the midfielders


Areas to note===> My entire views on today's match
1)I feel that the striker shouldnt concentrate on playing one side, in fact the entire team always stuck to one side where the attack start from........Where is the switching of flank or we can slowly pass to another flank.
2)Defenders and goalkeeper should communicate.... PHILIP MUST KNOW WHEN TO COME OUT AND SAVE.
3)Vickie must learn to pass more.... i mean dont hold pass too much
4)Tat ming should learn to pass more instead of shooting
5)According to feedback Jun kiat didnt shout much at all to pass the ball to me, I mean personally i feel tt if u didnt shout, i wouldnt know right?
6)Strikers should learn to run to flank also. I didnt see but maybe u think u did.
7)Midfields shoudl learn to pass more and create more. Learn when to run and pass and cross. I Don see any crosses in our mid.tt includes myself








Lastly i feel tt players should accept other ppls' comments.... don like ppl say u abit ,then u want say ppl play like shit or wat......... If i play like shit i know myself and i will admit..........U ppl jut got to admit and learn from mistakes.......And i am not saying i am V gd also, i stating mistake tt i feel, it may be wrong but its on u ppl to judge it. Clearly i dislike 1 or 2 player's attitude and have problem in communicating with them about their mistakes.I mean if u all have any unhappiness just COme talk in my face , don have to talk behind my back ... I don like it!!

What should i say about todays' game???? Hmm, personally i feel tt we played quite well on average for today's game......... Much more solid and confident passes by alot of players.........Some of the players have also shown Great improvement. Well, regarding the goal the opponent goal===> i only have 2 words to decribe it [DEMORALISING and DIsappointed ]
And of all ppl, it must be one of our better player who made the stupid mistake..........What caused the mistake? To me its miscommunication again and holding of ball too much and at wrong place. However every1 makes mistake so i am here not to pin-point on any1.

Area to note

• No communication between some players [ Come on work as a team , we are A team as a whole not individuals ]
• Midfielders not attacking enough , more to defensive .
• Try to get better clearance for defenders and try not to pass in the penalty box
• Corner not fast enough although accuracy is there
• Passing is late for certain time
• Strikers not Confident in front of goal post........ Must train on 1 on 1 situation ..... Its a golden chance to score

Hmm, hoped to obtain a victory in this coming SUnday's match.......... To be honest, realised my opponent for the past few games wasnt tt strong.........However, i can see IMPROVEMENT in our team already..................But in my opinion , we are still way behind from a SOLID team!~ COme On TEAM!~ Lets Get A Victory on this sunday or at least make it a Draw!~!~ WooOsH!~

1. Passing not convincing and little passes
2. Failed to go to near and far post During attacking Corner
3. Defenders frequent mistake from last week's match....etc: mis-communication
4. Most IMPORTANT==> No communication

Players to note:From other players' feedback

• Vickie-- DiD V well since the first matches with maximum work rate, but failed to pass early and cross(try not to hold ball and run too much)
• Alvin--Improved slightly but still way behind other players........RUn more and train up in ur stamina!` PLAY HARD
• Tat Ming-- Lack of stamina at certain times and failed to pass early
• Both left and right back during last weekend match tend to be V attacking, Don run with the ball too much unless no players In front(4 defenders)
